As a provider or instructor, it is essential to have access to the attendee list for efficient event management and record-keeping. In this article, we will guide you through the step-by-step process of downloading the attendee list on the event level into a CSV file. By following these instructions, you can easily retrieve and save the attendee information, allowing you to analyze attendance, track participation, and maintain accurate records.
Using subscriber account
For Past In-Person/Webinar Events
- Sign in to www.ceuevents.com with your subscriber account.
- Click on the event for which you wish to download the attendee list.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the list to locate the 'Download' button.
- Click on the 'Download' button, and a .CSV file will be created, containing the attendee list.
Note: Save each event individually, include the event date/code in the file name, for future reference. You must maintain attendance records for up to 6 years.
For On-Demand/Audio Courses
- Sign in to www.ceuevents.com with your subscriber account.
- Click on 'Courses' to access the course list.
- Locate the on-demand course for which you would like to download the attendee list.
- Click on the 'Online attendees' button to view the list of attendees.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the list where you will find the 'Download' button.
- Click on the 'Download' button, and a .CSV file containing the attendee list will be created.
Using instructor account
For Past In-Person/Webinar Events
- Sign in to www.ceuevents.com with your instructor account.
- Click on the event for which you wish to download the attendee list.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the list to locate the 'Download' button.
