Attendee Accounts

This article provides information on how to interpret and utilize the Attendee Accounts report. The report offers insights into how instructors register attendees. For example, it is crucial for presenters to eliminate manual data entry by minimizing ad hoc registrations. Not only does this save presenters time, but it also provides you with more accurate reporting data overall. This report will show you ad hoc registrations versus registrations via attendee accounts, both in total numbers and as percentages. 

Filter by: Instructor, Year.

Percentage of the attendees who registered with their CEU Events accounts versus the attendees added ad hoc. Ideally, your 'Year Totals %' should be 85% and above. Otherwise, additional training for the presenter(s) with lower % is recommended.
