In order to streamline and enhance our attendance reporting process, we have established the following documentation and requirements to ensure accurate and efficient reporting.
Requirements for attendance reporting

The attendee must be listed on the attendee list.

The 'Attended' checkmark must be selected.

'Membership' numbers must be present.

The 'Date' of registration must be within 30 days of the event date.
Reporting execution
- The first report will be processed on the seventh day following the event date.
- The system will run a report every 24 hours for up to 30 days from the event date
