The REQUESTS menu is visible to Subscribers and Instructors.
Note: In order for the request to work as intended the Subscriber must assign territories to the Instructor(s) and enable their company profile page.
When requests are being made through Company Profile and/or Instructor Profile pages they will appear under REQUESTS menu. The Instructor should look up the requestee to verify the lead is tangible. If so, the Instructor should contact the requester to determine the date and time that's best for both parties.
After confirming the date and time the Instructor can click on in order to convert the request to an Event.
Select the Date, then Time and click on Submit and the Invitation will be created as well as the request will be moved under EVENTS menu.
