The Attendee Export tool enables platform subscribers to generate a comprehensive list of event attendees in a CSV file format. The exported data includes details such as event date/time, event type. location, course title, instructor name, instructor email, attendee first and last names, company, title, email, phone, zip code, membership, and attendance status.
Plan Requirements
Access to the Attendee Export tool is available to subscribers on the following plans:
- Starter
- Professional
- Premium
- Enterprise (included)
Where to Find It
Once enabled, the Attendee Export tool can be accessed by admin users through the navigation menu:
Reports > Attendee Export
How to Enable
If you're on a qualifying plan but don’t currently have the Attendee Export tool enabled, simply email sales@ceuevents.com and request activation.
How It Works
Once the Attendee Export tool is enabled for your account, follow these steps:

Log in with your CEU Events admin account

Navigate to Reports > Attendee Export

Select the desired date range for the data export

(Optional) Apply the “Account Holder” filter to limit results to attendees with CEU Events accounts

Click the Search button to generate your results

Once the data loads, a Download button will appear—click it to export your data as a file
