A new feature allows users to select a date range and filter events by membership, making it easier for them to see their current progress and to download all certificates for their license or membership renewal. - State licenses and associations section
Users can conveniently input their license and/or membership number(s) for over 80 organizations, making it easy to keep track of their lifetime hours/credits earned. - Provider link
Link to the provider's company page, where attendees can view all of their available courses. - Additional add to calendar button
In the event that an attendee did not click on 'Add to Calendar' during the registration process, the option will be available for future events. - View event page button

If an attendee did not provide feedback when accessing their certificate of completion, they will now have the option to do so for all past and attended events. - Notices
Users will now be able to see notices if they have provided an incorrect membership number, have already attended a course within its lifecycle, or if audio and/or on-demand courses are being processed for credit reporting. - Download Certificates Button
A new 'Download Certificates' button, which enables users to conveniently download all certificates based on their selected date range and membership(s)

We have relocated the 'Add attendee' functionality under the Event Menu. In addition, users can now add attendees if they are in their contact list(s) (contacts), have previously attended one of their events (attendees), or through ad hoc entry.

- Renamed column 'ACCREDITATION' to 'MEMBERSHIP'
- The previous 'Credit' button has been replaced with a check mark under the label 'ATTENDED'. This new design provides a clearer indication of attendance, ensuring a more intuitive user experience.
- A new column labeled "PROCESSED" was added. This column will indicate when the attendance has been reported to the applicable organizations.

We have made changes to the previous "Certificate" button, which has now been relocated and renamed as "Send". This new feature allows you to send an email to the attendee. Based on their status, the email will either inform them to log in to their account and retrieve their certificate or guide them through the steps to create their account before they can access their certificate. - Edit

We have completely overhauled the email engine to provide subscribers and instructors with a greater email communication experience for CEU Events.

- Auto email notifications to attendees who were preregistered by the instructor prior to the event date.
- The "Certificate" button has been removed as ad hoc retrieval is no longer available. To access certificates and receive future support, attendees will now be required to create an attendee account. This change ensures a more streamlined and secure process for certificate retrieval and ongoing assistance. The new process has eliminated a click per attendee, resulting in increased efficiency and an enhanced user experience.
Courses
New
- Audio courses
Added a new category, 'Audio Courses,' to our hosting platform, allowing attendees to easily access and participate in audio-based educational content (e.g. podcasts). Additionally, we have included attendance reporting functionality for these audio courses, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of attendance and generating certificates of completion.
