The CEU Events Platform automates the reporting of attendee credits to organizations such as AIA, IDCEC, and more on behalf of providers. Reporting begins 24 hours from the event date, allowing instructors to complete attendance and late registrants to be included. Subsequently, the system will scan and report attendance every 24 hours for up to 30 days from the event date.
If you are an attendee or have attendees who registered more than 30 days after the event date, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@ceuevents.com. We will be more than happy to manually report their attendance for you. Kindly include the unique event code to help us locate and assist with the necessary reporting. Your satisfaction and accurate credit reporting are our priorities.
Note: Attendee membership number(s) must be present on the attendee list for the system to report their attendance.
