The Paperless Attendance Recording Slide is a convenient and eco-friendly method for capturing attendance information during hybrid events, conferences, and webinars. This approach allows multiple attendees to register and confirm their participation in real time—without the need for printed sign-in sheets.
How It Works
The presenter should ensure that the Paperless Attendance Recording Slide is placed at the end of their presentation file (PowerPoint or similar). Before the session, the instructor must update the event code to match the specific event being presented.
At the end of the presentation, the event code should be shared only with attendees who have met the required attendance duration in order to receive CEU credit.
We recommend that instructors pause on the slide and guide attendees through the process displayed on the screen:
Attendees should go to www.ceuevents.com/attendance.
They can either type the link manually or scan the QR code shown on the slide for quick access.
Once on the page, they should enter the event code and follow the on-screen steps.
After completing these steps, the event will appear under their “My Events” tab.
From there, attendees can view event details, presenter contact information, and click the “Download” button to obtain their Certificate of Completion.
Important Notes
The slide also notes the CEU Events mobile app. However, downloading or installing the app is not required to receive CEU credit or access certificates.
A free CEU Events attendee account is required to generate and retrieve certificates of completion.
This method serves as an excellent option in environments when presenting to large groups.
