Removing an instructor from your CEU Events account may be necessary in certain situations, such as when an instructor is no longer affiliated with your organization. However, it's important to note that the deletion is permanent and irreversible. Please proceed with caution, as all historical data, events, attendees, and other related information will be saved for future support and/or audit purposes.
To remove an instructor from your CEU Events account, follow these steps:
- Log in to www.ceuevents.com using your subscriber account credentials.
- Click on the 'Instructors' menu.
- Locate the instructor on the list and click on the 'Edit' button.
- Scroll down and click on 'Delete'.
- A confirmation prompt will appear.
Note: If the instructor has future events scheduled, you may receive an error message stating, "Unable to delete the instructor due to the instructor having future events scheduled. Please assign a different instructor to these events." In this case, you will need to locate these events and either change the instructor or delete/cancel them before proceeding. - Click on 'Ok' to confirm the deletion.
Please exercise caution when removing an instructor, as this action is permanent and cannot be reversed.
