In order for instructors to schedule CEU events, they must be granted access to the relevant courses. This knowledge base article outlines the steps for giving or removing course access for instructors using the admin account. Controlling course access ensures that only selected instructors can schedule and present CEU events on your organization's behalf.
Steps to Control Course Access for Instructors:

Sign in with your Admin Account
Go to www.ceuevents.com and sign in with your admin account credentials. -
Navigate to the 'Courses' Section
Once logged in, click on the "Courses" menu option in the main dashboard. -
Select the Course
Find the course for which you want to control instructor access and click on the "Edit" button next to the course name. -
Scroll to the 'Instructors' Section
Scroll down to the section labeled "Instructors." Here, you will see a list of instructors associated with your account. -
Grant or Revoke Access:
- To grant access: Check the box next to the instructor’s name to give them access to the course.
- To revoke access: Uncheck the box next to the instructor’s name to remove their access to the course.

Save Changes
After making your selections, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "Save" button to apply the changes.
Important Notes:
- Only users with admin account access can control course permissions for instructors.
- Instructors without access to a course will not be able to schedule events for that course.
- It’s a good practice to regularly review instructor course access to ensure your roster is up to date and only relevant instructors have scheduling permissions.
