Pre-Event
Prior to the event date, you will have the option to send out an "Event Invitation," "Event Reminder," or write a custom message by selecting "Write Your Own." These communication options allow you to effectively engage with attendees, providing them with important information and updates leading up to the event.
Event Invitation
The intention behind sending an Event Invitation email is to inform and invite individuals to attend a specific event. The email serves as a formal invitation, providing essential details such as the event date, time, location, and any additional information attendees may need to know. The purpose is to generate interest, engage potential attendees, and encourage them to register for the event. By sending an Event Invitation email, organizers aim to create awareness, build anticipation, and ultimately drive attendance to ensure a successful and well-attended event.
Event Reminder
This email serves as a helpful reminder of the event date, time, location, and any other pertinent details. By sending an Event Reminder email, organizers aim to increase attendance, minimize no-shows, and enhance the overall event experience for attendees. It acts as a proactive communication strategy to keep attendees informed and engaged, ultimately contributing to the success of the event.
Write Your Own
Get creative! This option provides instructors with the flexibility to send a custom email message to attendees based on their specific needs or circumstances.
Post-Event
After the event date has passed, you will have the option to send out a "Post Event Registration" message, notify attendees that their "Certificate is ready," or craft a custom message by selecting "Write Your Own." This flexibility allows you to communicate important updates or share personalized information with attendees based on their specific needs or event requirements.
Post Event Registration
The "Post Event Registration" feature serves a valuable purpose when you have an email list of attendees who need to register and receive their credit after the event has taken place. By utilizing this option, you can streamline the post-event registration process and ensure that attendees have a seamless experience in registering and receiving their well-deserved credit. This feature is particularly useful when dealing with a large number of attendees or when you need to provide specific guidance and support in the post-event phase.
Certificate is ready
This convenient feature allows instructors to efficiently communicate with a large number of attendees and inform them about the availability of their certificates. This feature eliminates the need for individual notifications and enables attendees to conveniently retrieve their certificates from their attendee accounts.
